What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device when a website is used. Similar browser storage may perform the same kind of function. Some cookies are essential for security, order processing or remembering a short-lived session; others can be used for analytics or advertising.
Prontaclean currently uses only cookies needed to operate the website and requested payment functions. These do not require optional cookie consent under the current site configuration.

The technical cookie names are included so you can identify them in your browser. Server-side security controls may also use short-lived technical identifiers to limit abusive requests. They are not used to build marketing profiles.
Payment services
When the secure payment page is used, Stripe may set cookies or use similar technology required for payment security, fraud prevention and the payment methods it offers, such as cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe acts under its own privacy information for those activities. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can configure the browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent authorised staff sign-in or secure order-payment functions from working correctly. Because optional analytics and advertising cookies are not currently used, there is no optional-cookie preference panel on the site.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated before optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are introduced. Where consent is required, an appropriate choice mechanism will be provided before those cookies are set.
