Your booking begins as a request. Prontaclean reviews it before confirming, then keeps you informed as the order is assessed, priced and prepared for return.

Choose your visit

Select the services you need and an available Tuesday or Friday. Book up to one week ahead.

We confirm

The shop checks capacity and your request details. You receive an email when the booking is accepted.

We collect & assess

Your order is collected between 10am and 1pm, then assessed and the final itemised price confirmed.

04

Pay & receive

Complete secure payment to retain the return slot. We bring the finished order back on the confirmed day.

Collections and returns run in one open 10am–1pm window. The booking form only offers dates with remaining vehicle capacity.
Bookings close at 11:59pm the day before the visit. Bank holidays and the configured Christmas closure dates are unavailable.

Payment confirms the return slot.

Once the finished order has been priced, you receive a secure payment link. Pay by the stated deadline to keep the provisional return visit. Orders already paid in store do not receive another payment request.
